All parents beware: this woman is the co-owner of a tutoring company. She was recently caught on camera spraying pepper gel through a fence onto a small dog. She later shared on Facebook that others should be afraid of loud dogs on private property, and that they too should seek out pepper gel to spray dogs. Keep this woman away from your children Seattle!
