I’m in general support of the Brexit Party and their push to get Brexit done and dusted. However, I thought turning their backs like that during the opening of European Parliament was really immature and didn’t paint a good picture of the UK to the rest of the world. There’s no point in burning bridges when we’re still at the end of them in my humble opinion. It gives them good reason to try and punish us even more while trying to leave as quickly as possible and will have the reverse effect of keeping us in longer with a larger divorce bill to get out. I say let’s have some dignity and keep our composure throughout the entire process and show the rest of the world that the UK is a place they would want to visit and do business with.
