OH DEAR I have been with Vodafone for over 20+ years and have had a strong relationship with them. I have had my current deal for over 18 months and phoned up to see what they could do to provide a new improved deal. I was shocked to be told that the best they could offer was the same data , same voice and text but would have to increase the amount I am paying by 50%. I decided to stay on my current package and look at BT who on paper could save me 25% on what I am paying. Not Impressed with the customer loyalty from Vodafone.
